Cloud Drive and File Management

Lansenger Cloud Drive includes My Drive (personal cloud drive) and Organization Drive (enterprise shared cloud drive), providing file storage, sharing, and permission management.

My Drive

Personal cloud drive space for uploading, downloading, and managing personal files
Files from message conversations can be saved to My Drive
Cloud drive files can be previewed online

Organization Drive

Organization Drive is organized by folder structure and supports hierarchical permission management.

Folder Permissions

Each folder has two roles:

Folder Administrator: Can forward, move, copy, rename, transfer, delete files; can manage sub-folder permissions (set administrators and viewers); can move sub-folders
Scope Members: Can only view files, view upload lists, sort files; can forward and transfer files

File Operations

Upload: Supports uploading files and folders. Single file size limit is set by the organization based on bandwidth
Download: Download files to local storage
Share: Forward files to direct messages or group chats
Search: Search cloud drive content by keyword in global search. Tap a result to open the file

When sharing files from message conversations or cloud drive, you can set file permissions:

Whether to send as a collaborative file (checked by default, can be switched to regular file)
Whether online preview is allowed
Whether online editing is allowed
Whether forwarding is allowed
Whether download and transfer are allowed

At least one of online preview, online editing, download, or transfer must be selected.

File Expiration

Files/images/videos past their validity period are marked as expired in the client and cannot be viewed or downloaded
The server retains the original data and does not delete it
Adjusting the expiration time only applies to files generated after the adjustment

Non-Expiring Scenarios

Files favorited before expiration do not expire in Favorites
Files saved to cloud drive before expiration do not expire

Expiring Scenarios

Files attached to favorited message boxes and quoted reply messages will expire
Forwarding a non-expired file to another user resets the expiration time for the recipient
