Live Streaming

Lansenger Live Streaming is used for internal organizational streaming scenarios, including corporate training, product launches, etc. Supports solo streaming, multi-person joint streaming, and over 10,000 concurrent viewers.

Note: Public cloud live streaming provides a trial license with 100GB streaming traffic and 10GB storage, valid for 90 days after initial installation. Administrators must add streamers in the backend before users can initiate live streams.

Streaming Roles

Role Description
Streamer Added by administrator in backend. Can initiate/schedule live streams
Co-Streamer Joint streaming personnel invited by the streamer. Can control microphone/camera/screen sharing
Room Moderator Set by the streamer to assist with room management (mute, pin comments, etc.)
Viewer Watches via the client or Web streaming plaza

Initiate a Live Stream

  1. The streamer initiates or schedules a live stream via Android/iOS/Windows/macOS client
  2. Set cover image, topic, start time, viewing scope, reminder, and whether to generate a replay
  3. Before entering the stream, set the streaming method:
    • Mobile: Front/rear camera
    • Desktop: Camera or screen mirroring

Note: Live streams scheduled on mobile can only be initiated on mobile. Streams scheduled on PC can only be initiated on PC. After the scheduled time, a stream cannot be initiated, only cancelled and rescheduled.

Third-Party Push

Supports using OBS, vMix, and other push tools to stream to Lansenger:

  1. Select “Third-Party Push” when scheduling the stream
  2. Get the push URL
  3. Use the push tool to stream to the URL
  4. The streamer enters the room to confirm the push is working, then taps “Start Streaming”

Note: Third-party push streams cannot enable recording.
