Data Dashboard

Overview

The Data Dashboard provides mobile access to data statistics within your permission scope. Your permission scope determines which people or departments’ data you can view.

Contact Statistics

View within your permission scope:

• Number of contacts and departments
• Users by status (Active, Inactive, Frozen)
• Users by status per department
• Time dimensions: Yesterday / 7 days / 14 days

Message Statistics

View within your permission scope:

• Total messages and total messengers
• Direct message / group message ratio
• Direct message / group message participant ratio
• Messages and messengers per department
• Time dimensions: Yesterday / 7 days / 14 days

Prerequisites

1. The operations backend must enable the Data Dashboard feature for the organization
2. Data Dashboard permissions must be assigned
3. Permission scope must be set (which people or departments’ data you can view)
