FAQ

Q: What if I forget my password? Mobile supports password recovery. You can also contact your administrator to reset it.

Q: Login says my account is locked? After entering incorrect passwords beyond the set limit, the account is temporarily locked. Wait for the lock period to end before logging in again.

Q: How do I log in after changing my phone number? You can change it in the client’s “Change Phone Number” page, or contact your administrator.

Q: How do I switch between organizations? Tap the organization name in the top-left corner to switch in the organization list. If the same phone number/email is registered in multiple organizations, you can log in to all simultaneously.

Messages

Q: Is there a time limit for recalling messages? Default is 2 minutes. Organization administrators can configure a longer period (up to 30 days).

Q: After clearing chat history, can the other person still see it? Yes. Clearing only affects your own multi-device viewing. The other person/group members’ history is unaffected. The cloud retains the original data.

Q: Group message read receipts not showing? Groups with 200+ members do not show read receipts by default (adjustable by the operations platform). Members who joined after the message was sent also do not appear in read/unread lists.

Q: File shows “Expired”? Files past their validity period are marked as expired. Files favorited or saved to cloud drive before expiration are unaffected.

Feature Differences

Q: Why don’t I have certain features on Mac?

Note: Mac client features are continuously updated. Please refer to the actual version.

Q: What features are not supported on Linux? Forwarding, favorites, saving to My Drive/Organization Drive, and network diagnostics are not available on Linux.

Only between Windows clients (Windows 7.33.31 and later). Other platforms are not supported.

Q: Which devices support phone conferencing? Can be initiated on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS. Other platforms are not supported.

Scanning

Q: What’s the difference between Scan and Scan to Login?
