Phone Call Meeting

Phone Call Meeting is used for multi-party communication within an organization via landline telephony. Once initiated, all invited participants receive a carrier call and can join the conference by answering — unaffected by mobile network conditions.

Note: Supports up to 500 concurrent participants by default. After initial installation, a trial license is provided with 500 minutes of call time for mainland China and a maximum of 50 participants. Billing is based on the call duration of connected users.

Initiate a Conference

Three ways to start a conference:

  1. From the Workplace app: Select any user in the organization to start a conference
  2. From a Group Chat shortcut: Quickly select group members to participate
  3. From a past conference: Directly pull all participants from a previous conference

Once the conference is initiated, all participants receive a landline call and can join by answering. Users who miss the call can join by dialing in or requesting a re-dial.
