Phone Call Meeting

Phone Call Meeting is used for multi-party communication within an organization via landline telephony. Once initiated, all invited participants receive a carrier call and can join the conference by answering — unaffected by mobile network conditions.

Note: Supports up to 500 concurrent participants by default. After initial installation, a trial license is provided with 500 minutes of call time for mainland China and a maximum of 50 participants. Billing is based on the call duration of connected users.

Initiate a Conference

Three ways to start a conference:

1. From the Workplace app: Select any user in the organization to start a conference
2. From a Group Chat shortcut: Quickly select group members to participate
3. From a past conference: Directly pull all participants from a previous conference

Once the conference is initiated, all participants receive a landline call and can join by answering. Users who miss the call can join by dialing in or requesting a re-dial.

Host a Conference

The conference initiator becomes the host and can perform the following controls:

Participant Management

• Add members: Select organization members, device contacts, or enter a mobile/landline number (supports 6 countries/regions: mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, and Japan)
• Call offline members: Batch-call participants who did not connect or went offline mid-conference
• Individual controls: Hang up, mute/unmute, or remove an individual participant

Conference Controls

• Enter conference group: Create a conference group at any time (not created automatically by default)
• Mute all: Mute all participants
• Conference recording: Start or stop recording at any time; recordings can be downloaded from the admin console after the conference
• End conference: Hang up all participants and end the conference

Note: To call international numbers, first confirm that your organization has been authorized for call time in the corresponding country or region.

Join a Conference

• Answer the carrier call to join directly
• View conference members within the Lansenger Phone Call Meeting app
• Choose to leave the conference early
• Rejoin from the app while the conference is still in progress

Conference Records

You can view past conference records in the Phone Call Meeting app.
