Login

Login Methods

Lansenger supports three login methods:

Login methods are configured by your organization administrator. If your account has multiple authorized login methods, you can use any of them.

QR Code Login

Pad and desktop clients support QR code authorization login using an already-logged-in mobile device:

  1. On the Pad/Desktop login page, tap “QR Code Login” to display the Lansenger QR code
  2. Open Lansenger on your mobile device and scan the QR code
  3. Confirm the authorization on your mobile device

First Login

Multi-Device Login

Lansenger supports simultaneous login on mobile, desktop, and Pad. If the same user (same phone number or email) is registered in multiple organizations, they can log in to all organizations simultaneously and switch between them. Business data across organizations is isolated.

Proxy Login

The client supports HTTP proxy and SOCKS5 proxy login. Select the proxy method and configure proxy settings before logging in. Login requests will be routed through the proxy.

Extended Screens

Organizations can configure custom extended screens (up to 50) for custom pages or features. The mobile bottom bar shows up to 7 items, and the desktop left bar supports up to 50 scrollable items.

Basic Operations

Start a Conversation

Direct Chat: Tap a person’s card in Contacts and select “Send Message” to start a direct chat. You can also find a contact via Global Search and start chatting directly.

Create Group Chat: Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the Messages page, select “Create Group Chat”, select members from Contacts, and confirm.

Tap the top search bar or use Global Search to search contacts, groups, chat history, files, apps, official accounts, articles, etc.

Switch Organization

If you belong to multiple organizations, tap the organization name in the top-left corner to switch.

Log Out

Go to “Me” and select “Log Out”. Both mobile and desktop clients support auto-login.
