Extended Features
Lansenger provides various extended capabilities to help organizations customize their experience.
Extended Menu
The “+” button in direct messages/group chats/official account conversations, contact card buttons, and “Me” page list entries all support extended configuration. Menus can be configured as app entries or reordered.

Message quick menus can pass message text, images/videos/files to apps (e.g., message to email, message to to-do).
Splash Screen
- Supports multiple resolutions. Mobile adapts to screen size
- Configurable redirect link, display duration, skip option
- Multiple splash screens can be configured for different user groups
- Each set can have its own validity period
- Supports splash screen ordering, with higher-priority ones shown first
- Takes effect within approximately 2 hours after saving/editing
Extended Screen
The standard Lansenger main screens are Messages, Contacts, Workplace, and Me (desktop also has Cloud Files and Favorites). Extended screen capability allows adding more custom main screens.
Configuration
- Mobile and desktop each support 2 system extended screens by default
- Mobile bottom bar shows up to 7 items (“Me” must be in the first 6)
- Desktop left bar shows up to 9 items
- Desktop left bar is scrollable, supporting up to 50 items
Extended Screen Content
Each extended screen can be configured with: top title, bottom icon, bottom title (mobile), open link or message stream. Visibility scope supports selecting people, branches, and people tags. Video conferencing, phone conferencing, and live streaming also support extended screen configuration.
Honor Badges
- Issued by the organization
- Users can view earned honor badges in the badge list
- Wear avatar accessories on the badge detail page
- After wearing, displayed on contact cards, direct messages, and group chat avatars
Caller ID
When enabled, incoming calls from same-organization users show the caller’s name and department. Can identify the caller’s phone number and other manually added phone numbers.
OFD File Viewing and Signing
- Lansenger supports previewing OFD format files in messages/cloud drive
- Provides JSSDK interface for app calls to implement signing
- Integrates SDK
Diagnostic Tools
On desktop, clicking automatically detects network status and generates a diagnostic report (txt file) saved to the desktop. Contents include network adapter, connection status, IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS, etc.
Floating Window
- Add official account articles and H5 pages to the floating window
- Tap the floating window button in the top-left corner of H5 apps/official account articles/history pages
- Up to 9 items in the floating window list
- Delete or clear the list
OCR Text Extraction
- In the image viewer: mobile long-press image and select “Extract Text”; desktop click “Extract Text” button
- Calls OCR service to recognize text in images
- Static images only
- Results can be selected by dragging. Supports copy, forward, and favorite
User Status
Set personal status (e.g., Busy, Away) to display to other users.
Notes
Record notes within Lansenger for easy reference.
