Message Types and Operations

Supported Message Types

Lansenger supports the following message types:

Composing and Sending

Voice Messages

Voice-to-Text Input

Slide left on the recording interface or tap “Voice-to-Text” at the bottom. Voice is converted to text in real time and can be edited before sending. Maximum 60 seconds per message.

Quote

All message types except red packets support quoting. Can be single or batch quoted. The same message can be quoted multiple times.

Forward

React (Emoji Reaction)

React to messages with emojis. Supported types include text, images, emoji, voice, video, files, links, code snippets, contact cards, etc. When you receive a message that mentions you, quick actions “Got it” and “React” are displayed.

Remind

Set a reminder time for messages. When due, you receive an official account notification and in-app popup. Supported types: text, image, video, voice, file, code snippet.

Urgent

Send urgent reminders for your own messages to increase delivery effectiveness:

Snooze

Add messages or conversations to the “Snooze” list (up to 100 items) for later processing. Tapping an item in the list opens the original conversation and locates the message.

Pin

Recall

Recall your own messages within the valid recall period. Default is 2 minutes.

Delete

All message types support deletion. Deleted messages are synced and deleted across all your devices (only affects your view).

Search chat history in the top search bar. You can search all direct message and group history by keyword or file name. Multiple results are merged automatically. Tap to locate the message and view context.

Local search finds messages cached on the current device.
