The Workplace serves as a unified hub for business and office app entries within an organization. It supports personalized development and customization, presenting a tailored Workplace for each user.

Using the Workplace

View Apps

• View the apps assigned to you by the organization on the Workplace page
• Tap an app icon to enter the app

Customize Frequently Used Apps

• Reorder the visible Workplace items
• Customize the app groups and display layout within “Frequently Used Apps”

Lansenger comes with a rich set of built-in office apps covering communication and collaboration, audio/video conferencing, file management and collaboration, and more — ready to use without additional installation.

Communication and Collaboration

• Instant Messaging: Direct Chat, Group Chat, Official Accounts, Bots — supports multiple message types
• Message Search: Global search across chat history, files, and contacts
• Message Reminders: Message prioritization, Follow Up Later, message reminders, pinned messages
• Group Sign-up: Launch sign-up collections in groups with Excel export support

Audio/Video Conferencing

• Video Conference: Multi-party video conferencing, screen sharing, conference recording, conference controls
• Phone Call Meeting: Audio conferencing, dial-in
• Live Streaming: Large-scale live streaming for up to 10,000 viewers, interactive comments, playback

File and Collaboration

Multi-Platform Customization

Search Bar Settings

• A search bar can be added
• Supports keyword-based app search
• Custom default search placeholder text
• The search bar is fixed at the top of the page

App Management

In-house Apps

• Developed for use within your organization; cannot be published to the App Marketplace
• Automatically installed within the organization upon creation
• Visible only to administrators and developers by default (test mode)
• Disabling test mode and setting a visibility scope displays the app on the Workplace
• Can be shared with other organizations for installation via invitation codes

Third-Party Apps

• Apps designed for multiple organizations; must be published to the App Marketplace
• Only supports H5 app type
• Can be installed from the App Marketplace
• Third-party apps cannot access sensitive personnel information or edit personnel or Branch data
